Delivery and Return Conditions

Delivery Conditions:

• Your orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery time may vary depending on the delivery address and the chosen shipping company.
• You can track your order with the tracking number provided to you.

Return Conditions:

• Products can be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.
• The returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.
• The return shipping cost is borne by the customer, but we will cover the cost for defective or damaged products.
• Your payment will be refunded within 7 business days after your return request is approved.
